My Review
NOLLYWOODS FIRST PORN MOVIE (abeg am joking )
.
I will keep it short and simple, cos am lost for words - THIS MOVIE IS NOT FOR YOUNGSTERS BELOW 21 - (9 1/2 weeks is an understatement) -
.
- The Sloppy saliva tongue wagging- The dropping it like its hot with her booty crack showing- The dry humping on the bed and finally the head bopping up and down insinuating giving Majid some head.
.
OK Mercy we get it, You take the onscreen crown in this department - chei - na wa ohh. Now Nollywood movie went on to a whole noda level) - I thought Corporate Maid had crossed the line, but this movie - hmm, i cant say more - just watch. Marketers you sure are bold these days , arent ya????
.
What ever happen to nice and tasteful (not too much) sex scenes like my all time favourite Hollywood movie "Love and Basketball" with my favourite Hollywood Actress Sanaa Lathan and Omar Epps. Since that sex/love scene i havent watch any movie (hollywood or nollywood) which love scene i could say was tasteful but not too over the edge
.
But i must give it to this girl Mercy and this is why she remains one of my top 3 best actress, the girl sure knows how to take her job seriously. She takes it real seriously and leaves no stone unturned. Now many older africans will disagree with all the scenes in this movie, and i agree it was a tad bit much - i bit. I mean thrusting head up and down like jack in a box, I had to scream "Chinekkeeeeeeeh" what am i watching - is this an african movie" - what kind of Jezebel is this.
.
Making the character believable is what makes you a great actress right? ok then she does that exceedingly abundantly and then some. If you are watching this movie with your borbor and you see him twitching left and right, dont blame the poor man, its not his fault, Mercy caused it and YOU will probably be the one taking all the punishment  tonight.
.
I say it once i will say it again, My Majid is Hollywood bound and I just wish he will act in nothing and nothing but scripts by Excellent Creative Writers & Producers - he needs a director/producer to challenge him well and am afraid at the rate at which he is advancing in his acting skills, and with what i seen in nollywood (just as they have been with Genny) - there might come a time they can not keep up with him and challenge him enough.
.
He is growing so much as an actor and will grow even more. He is the BEST my country Ghana has so far amongst men or women actors - no actor/tress in ghana english movies impressed me apart from this guy Majid. I hyped after seeing Crime To Christ 3 years ago and i was right. I said he was a way better actor than Van Vicker and now ppl are realising it is the truth. If you want a pretty face watch Van and if you want REAL genuine serious acting watch Majid, its as simple as that, no need to dance around in circles on this issue. Even Van himself knows this
.
He Majid is an EXCELLENT actor in MY books. He really nows how to intepret a role. Majid means business. His investment in acting training paid off, if only the rest of my Ghanaian actors will take heed and invest in getting a lil training too (can someone say Van, Jackie, Nadia etc).
.
My Ratings
5/10
.
I will keep this movie on my shelf (usually unless i rate u 8/10 or above i dont keep you on my shelf but for this one even though i rate it less, i will keep it for my own personal reasons ) - though this movie was "good" i still miss Mercy is a nice Tchidi Directed village movie, she is at her best in village movies. And when it comes to crying who should we give the crown to Ini, Tontoh, Nkiru or Mercy? Anyway as For Majid I have just come to a conclusion he is an good "sweater" - is there any thing as good sweater?? No need to sprinkle water on him, he will do it naturally.
.
Emem and Tchidi (yall know u two are my favourite) please use this boy Majid (Challenge him - write a challenging script for him cos his talent is screaming it, he is force to be reckoned with), he is too good.
.
I am actually looking forward to seeing his upcoming movie opposite one of my favourite girls Uru Eke (Hi Pearl!!!!) produced by Tchidi.
.
ps: Sister Mercy abeg use some of the money you get in acting and go to a spa and shine your face abeg. Image is everything, Your body is banging (and this is my 'no homo' comment) and no female pass you in nollywood when it comes to shape, but with camera close ups to your face i see the makeup is covering a lot. A trip to the dermatalogist wont hurt.

So You Think You Got Good Hair??

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A68UVn0nMvo&feature=player_embedded

http://goodhairmovie.net/

When Chris Rocks daughter, Lola, came up to him crying and asked, Daddy, how come I dont have good hair? the bewildered comic committed himself to search the ends of the earth and the depths of black culture to find out who had put that question into his little girl's head! Director Jeff Stilsons camera followed the funnyman, and the result is Good Hair, a wonderfully insightful and entertaining, yet remarkably serious, documentary about African American hair culture.

An exposé of comic proportions that only Chris Rock could pull off, Good Hair visits hair salons and styling battles, scientific laboratories, and Indian temples to explore the way black hairstyles impact the activities, pocketbooks, sexual relationships, and self-esteem of black people. Celebrities such as Ice-T, Kerry Washington, Nia Long, Paul Mooney, Raven Symoné, Maya Angelou, and Reverend Al Sharpton all candidly offer their stories and observations to Rock while he struggles with the task of figuring out how to respond to his daughters question.

What he discovers is that black hair is a big business that doesnt always benefit the black community and little Lolas question might well be bigger than his ability to convince her that the stuff on top of her head is nowhere near as important as what is inside.Recipient of A Special Jury Prize: U.S. Documentary

Genny & Ramsey star in remake of "CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF"

Well yall know how bored i am with all this recycled script nonsense that has been in nollywood right?

Well lately i fantasize about type of scripts i would love to see on nollywood screen and the one on my mind right now is to see my Genny and Ramsey star in the remake of Elizabeth Taylor and Paul Newman 1958 Movie "Cat on a HOT tin roof" - i am a sucker for old time classics and this is one of them. The story is about Brick (Paul Newman), an alcoholic ex-football player, drinks his days away and resists the affections of his wife, Maggie (Elizabeth Taylor). His reunion with his father, Big Daddy, who is dying of cancer, jogs a host of memories and revelations for both father and son.

Its about Family drama, life, death and love. I love this movie. It was remade in 2008 on broadway with an all black cast.

Olu Jacobs will play Big Daddy and big Mama got Patience written all over it

What yall think. I guess i have to suggest this to Genny.
